Vistry, Homes England Launch GBP 150 Mln Hestia JV To Develop Large-Scale Residential Sites

Vistry Group PLC (VTY.L), a residential property developer, on Monday announced that the formation of a long-term investment joint venture with Homes England, the Government's housing and regeneration agency, to accelerate the development of large-scale residential sites across England.

The joint venture, named Hestia, will be backed by 150 million pounds of capital from both Homes England and Vistry and is aiming to deliver high-quality, mixed-tenure communities at scale and pace.

Hestia will acquire and develop large strategic sites of 400 to 3,000 homes with supporting infrastructure, while also selling land parcels to SME developers to boost sustainable housing growth and wider market participation.

On Friday, Vistry Group closed trading, 3.87% higher at 622.60 pence on the London Stock Exchange.
