Dianthus Therapeutics, Inc. (DNTH), a clinical-stage biotechnology company, Monday announced positive top-line data from the Phase 2 MaGic trial evaluating claseprubart in adults with generalized Myasthenia Gravis (gMG). Following the news, the company's shares were more than 45% up in pre-market.
In the study, Claseprubart achieved statistically significant and clinically meaningful improvements in Myasthenia Gravis Activities of Daily Living (MG-ADL) and Quantitative Myasthenia Gravis (QMG) scores at Week 13. MG-ADL scale is used to measure gMG symptoms and QMG score is a tool to assess the severity of myasthenia gravis. Claseprubart also showed a rapid and sustained onset of action, with statistically significant improvements in MG-ADL and QMG scores at Week 1. Additonally, there were no drug-related serious adverse events. The company plans to initiate a Phase 3 study of claseprubart in gMG in 2026.
Dianthus Therapeutics stock had closed at $26.50, up 7.46% on Friday. It has traded in the range of $13.37 - $32.27 in the last 52 weeks.
