SuperX AI Technology Limited (SUPX), Monday announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, SuperX AI Solution Limited, has agreed to establish a joint venture with Enervell Power Pte. Ltd., a Singapore subsidiary of Hangzhou Zhonhen Electric Co., Ltd., and certain affiliates, related parties and designees of Zhonhen Electric.
The joint venture, integrating Zhonhen Electric's HVDC technology with SuperX's global brand, will be established through a new entity incorporated in Singapore, SuperX Digital Power Pte. Ltd.
Commenting on the announcement, Kenny Sng, CTO of SuperX, said, "This collaboration will establish a new global standard for energy-efficient AI data centers, empowering our clients to scale computational resources with operational efficiency and reduced environmental impact."
In the pre-market hours, SUPX is moving up 3.95 percent, to $61.54 on the Nasdaq.
