Trustpilot Launches GBP 30 Mln Share Buyback Programme

Trustpilot Group plc (TRST.L) announced Tuesday that it is launching a share buyback programme of up to 30 million pounds, starting today.

Trustpilot has entered into an agreement with Numis Securities Limited to manage and execute the buyback programme.

The company stated that the sole purpose of the program is to reduce share capital and that all repurchased shares will be cancelled.

Under the buyback programme, Trustpilot may purchase up to 36,179,442 shares, the maximum allowed under the authority, which expires at the earlier of the 2026 AGM or August 20, 2026.
