Gateley CFO Neil Smith To Step Down

Gateley (Holdings) PLC (GTLY.L), a legal and other consultancy services provider, said on Wednesday that its Chief Financial Officer, Neil Smith, will step down on April 30, 2026.  

Subsequently, the company has appointed John Paton as the new CFO. He will join Gateley on January 5 as an Executive Director and will assume the role of CFO on May 1, 2026.

Most recently, Paton served as CFO of Alpha Financial Markets Consulting. Earlier, he had worked for HSBC Bank Plc.
