Mitsui E&S, PACECO Win Order For Two Portainer Cranes From TTI For Port Of Long Beach, California.

Mitsui Engineering & Shipbuilding Co. Ltd. (7003.T) said Thursday that, together with its subsidiary PACECO CORP., it has received an order from Total Terminals International, LLC (TTI) for two MITSUI-PACECO Portainer cranes to be installed at the Port of Long Beach, California.

Designed to service 24,000 TEU vessels spanning 25 containers in width, these cranes will be among the largest Ship-to-Shore Gantry Cranes supplied by MITSUI E&S and PACECO to the Port of Long Beach and the Port of Los Angeles.

This is TTI's first order for PACECO-MITSUI Portainer cranes. However, over the past 20 years, MITSUI E&S and PACECO have supplied 24 MITSUI-PACECO Transtainer cranes to the company.
