The company priced its initial public offering on June 17, 2025, at $21.00 per share, above the initial range, and began trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker "CAI" on June 18, 2025.
The company raised $159.4 million in net proceeds from the pre-IPO financing on April 1, 2025, and $519.5 million in net proceeds from the IPO in June 2025.
