Rosenbauer International AG (ROI) Friday said that its Supervisory Board AG has appointed Jörg Schuschnig as the new Chief Financial Officer or CFO. He takes over from Chief Executive Officer Robert Ottel, who has been serving as interim CFO since July. Schuschnig will join the Executive Board no later than October 1, 2026, for a term of three years, the company added.
The company, which manufactures firefighting equipment, said that Schuschnig has wide leadership experience across multiple industries. Since 2022, he has served as CFO of Coveris Group. His previous roles include CEO and CFO of BGO Holding GmbH, CFO and COO of Bene GmbH, and senior leadership positions at Mondi Group.
Recently, the company posted first-half loss of 18.7 million euros or 2.0 euros per share, compared to loss of 5.2 million euros or 1.0 euro per share in the same period last year.
The company's revenue for the period rose 13.1 percent to 604.7 million euros from 534.6 million euros in the year-ago period.
