Serviceware Signs 3-Yr SaaS Contract With EDAG Group For IT Service Management

Germany-based Serviceware SE (SJJ.DE), which provides software solutions, Thursday said that it signed a three-year SaaS contract with EDAG Group, a engineering service provider for automotive and other sectors.

Under the agreement, EDAG will implement Serviceware's AI-native Enterprise Service Management or ESM platform on a global basis to enhance its IT Service Management or ITSM operations.

Serviceware said that the platform will initially support important ITIL processes such as Incident Management, Service Request Management, and Knowledge Management, with plans in place to expand into additional ITSM and ESM areas following its successful implementation. By leveraging AI-driven automation, EDAG aims to streamline workflows and accelerate process integration across its global operations, the company added.

Commenting on the developments, Tim Ebner, Director Sales at Serviceware, said, "We are delighted to welcome the EDAG Group as yet another high-profile new customer. Our AI-native Serviceware Platform will support the company in standardizing workflows and implementing new service processes quickly and easily. Thanks to the platform's flexibility, additional processes and workflows can be seamlessly integrated, relieving employees in their daily work."

On the XETRA Exchange, the stock is up 0.28 percent on Thursday's trading at 18.10 euros.
