Invisio AB (IVSO.ST), a Swedish provider of communication and hearing protection systems, said on Thursday that it has inked a framework deal of up to SEK 365 million with the Netherlands Ministry of Defense.
This agreement is for five years with an option for two one-year extensions. The customer estimates the value of the deal for the first five years at around SEK 260 million, rising to SEK 365 million in the event of a two-year extension.
Invisio will provide personal communication systems for mobile users in the field and includes a wide range of products, including the new headsets, several control unit models, and intelligent cables. The company is expected to receive its initial orders this year.
