Confidence among Swiss consumers remained slightly less negative in September, survey results from the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs, or SECO, showed Friday.
The consumer confidence index rose to -37.0 in September from -40 in August. However, the consumer sentiment index remained well below the long-term average.
Meanwhile, the index worsened from -33.7 in the corresponding month last year.
