Cellectis Shares Rise 8% On Phase 2 Trial Update For Lasme-cel

Cellectis S.A. (CLLS) shares climbed 7.35 percent to $4.41, gaining $0.30 on Thursday, after the biotechnology company announced it is hosting an R&D Day in New York City. During the event, the company's leadership team and key opinion leaders are presenting the full Phase 1 dataset and outlining the pivotal Phase 2 trial design for its investigational therapy, lasme-cel.

The stock traded between $4.35 and $5.48 during the session, compared with a previous close of $4.11 on the Nasdaq. Volume reached about 1 million shares, well above the average of 0.17 million.

Over the past 52 weeks, Cellectis shares have traded between $1.10 and $5.48.
