SuperX AI Technology Limited (SUPX) on Friday announced that it has signed an agreement with the Hong Kong subsidiary of Shenzhen Chengtian Weiye Technology Co., Ltd. and its affiliates to establish a joint venture, SuperX Cooltech Pte. Ltd., in Singapore. Under the agreement, SuperX will be the single largest shareholder of the joint venture.
The venture will leverage the strengths of both parties in AI system integration and thermal management core components. Operating under the brand SuperX Cooltech, it will provide liquid cooling products and infrastructure solutions to the global market, excluding mainland China, Hong Kong SAR, and Macau SAR.
Through the partnership, SuperX will incorporate Chengtian Weiye's R&D and manufacturing capabilities in liquid cooling into its global operations. The joint venture will utilize key products such as Micro Channel Liquid Cold Plates (MCLP), CDU systems, and other thermal management solutions for customers in AI, high-performance computing (HPC), communications, and renewable energy.
The cooperation is expected to provide significant advantages to SuperX, enabling it to offer full-stack liquid cooling solutions. Joint development in fluid dynamics, thermal optimization, and electromechanical interfaces will create system-level performance advantages that are difficult to replicate. Leveraging Chengtian Weiye's mature manufacturing systems, the joint venture can rapidly scale R&D achievements into large-scale production, while modular designs and optimized thermal management help reduce project timelines and data center energy consumption, ultimately enhancing long-term customer returns.
