Panostaja Oyj (0JPI.L) ,an investment firm, Monday announced that it has signed an agreement to sell Hygga's dental clinic business to PlusTerveys. The financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
An estimated sales loss of approximately 2 million euros before taxes will be recorded by Panostaja firm following the completion of the transaction.
At the end of the asset deal the personnel of the dental clinic business will transfer to PlusTerveys, and the business will continue in its current premises in Kamppi, Helsinki.
After completion of the asset deal, Hygga will be removed from the segment information of Panostaja Group, and Hygga Flow service business will be presented in Other segment.
Joni Aaltonen, CEO of PlusTerveys commented that the transaction provides both synergy and growth potential for PlusTerveys.
The transaction is to be completed in cash and Panostaja estimates it's completion by the end of January 2026.
On the London Stock Exchange,the shares are trading 5.38 percent higher at 0.411 euros.
