Kaiser Aluminum Corporation (KALU) on Monday said it plans to offer $500 million of senior notes due 2034 in a private offering.
The company said it intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to redeem all outstanding amounts of its existing 4.625% senior notes due 2028.
