Redcare Pharmacy 9-Mnth Loss Narrows, Revenue Up 27%

Redcare Pharmacy NV (SAE1.F,RDC.DE) Wednesday said that its loss narrowed in the first nine months of 2025, helped by a 27 percent growth in group revenue. Looking ahead, the company also reiterated its outlook for the year ahead.

The Netherlands-based pharmacy retailer reported loss attributable to owners of Redcare Pharmacy N.V. of 8.71 million euros in the first nine months of the year, compared to loss of 18.98 million euros in the same period last year.

During the nine-month period, the company's pre-tax loss narrowed to 17.34 million euros from loss before tax of 21.34 million euros recorded in the year-ago period.

According to Redcare Pharmacy, group revenue climbed to 2.15 billion euros in the first nine months from 1.70 billion euros last year, helped by a 46.4 percent growth in Rx sales. During the given period, Adjusted EBITDA amounted to 44.3 million euros, up from 38.2 million euros in the corresponding period of fiscal 2024.

Looking ahead, Redcare Pharmacy reaffirmed its annual outlook of total sales growth of more than 25 percent. Total Redcare adjusted EBITDA margin is expected between 2 percent and 2.5 percent.

The company also reaffirmed the mid-to longer-term outlook of an adjusted EBITDA margin of more than 8 percent.

On the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, SAE1.F ended Tuesday's trading at 7.25 euros, down 0.68 percent.
