Cipla Ltd. on Thursday reported a modest increase in profit for the second quarter of fiscal year 2026, supported by higher sales.
Profit before tax edged up 4% to INR 1,854 crore from INR 1,789 crore in the same quarter last year.
EBITDA rose 0.5% to INR 1,895 crore.
Net profit increased to INR 1,351 crore, compared with INR 1,303 crore a year ago.
Revenue from operations grew 8% year-on-year to INR 7,589 crore, with revenue from sale of products of INR 7,447 crore, up from INR 6,961 crore.
