LG Chem, Ltd. (051910.KS), Friday announced financial results, reporting a net income of KRW 447.3 billion for the third quarter, compared to KRW 595.8 billion last year.
Operating income declined to KRW 679.7 billion from KRW 1,594.2 billion in the previous year.
Sales went down to KRW 11,196.2 billion from KRW 34,735 billion in the earlier year.
LG's stock closed at KRW 397,500, down 1.85 percent on the Korea Stock Exchange.
