Asker Healthcare Group (ASKER.ST) has acquired 100 percent of the shares in InnoMedicus AG, a distributor specialising in devices and solutions for precise diagnostics and minimally invasive therapies within urology, based in Switzerland. InnoMedicus specialises in providing medical devices and supplies, as well as software solutions and training to hospitals and urology centres across Europe.
"By joining forces, we will further strengthen our ability to deliver value to healthcare providers and patients throughout Europe", said Johan Falk, CEO of Asker Healthcare Group.
InnoMedicus has 10 employees and generated revenue of approximately 50 million Swedish kronor in 2024. Asker expects InnoMedicus to contribute positively to the group's EBITA margin.
