Pandora Earnings Decline In Q3; Stock Down

Pandora A/S (PNDZF,PNDORA.CO), a Danish jewelry manufacturer and retailer, on Wednesday reported net profit declined despite increased revenue in the third quarter compared with the previous year.

For the third quarter, net profit declined to DKK 489 million from DKK 595 million in the prior year.

Earnings per share were DKK 6.3 versus DKK 7.3 last year.

On average, six analysts had expected the company to report DKK 6.64 per share. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

Operating profit declined to DKK 880 million from DKK 980 million in the previous year.

Revenue increased to DKK 6.27 billion from DKK 6.10 billion in the prior year.

Further, the company maintained guidance for 2025 of 7% to 8% organic growth.

LFL growth is now expected to be 3% to 4% compared with the previous 4% to 5% and network expansion is expected at 4% compared with the previous 3%.

The EBIT margin guidance for 2025 is also maintained at around 24%.

Pandora is currently trading 3.18% lesser at DKK 786.80 on the Copenhagen.
