Asker Healthcare Group AB (ASKER.ST), a medical products and solutions provider, Thursday reported reduced profit for the third quarter from last year despite higher revenues.
On the Stockholm Stock Exchange, shares were trading 4.84 percent higher at 91.68 Swedish Kronor.
Asker's profit for the period came down 80 percent, to 146 million Swedish kronor from 81 kronor the prior year.
For the three-month period, earnings per share were up by 171 percent, to 0.37 kronor from 0.14 kronor a year ago.
The healthcare company's EBITA was up by 28 percent, to 348 million kronor from 272 million kronor the previous year.
For the reported period, adjusted EBITA was an increase of 25 percent, to 383 million kronor from 306 million kronor the prior-year quarter.
Adjusted earnings per share went up 89 percent, to 0.37 kronor from 0.20 kronor a year ago.
The company's net sales amounted to 4.13 billion kronor, 15 percent higher than 3.60 billion kronor of last year.
