DL Holdings Group Limited announced that it expect net profit to be in the range of approximately HK$180.0 million to HK$220.0 million for the six months ended 30 September 2025. This represents a dramatic increase compared to the net profit of approximately HK$7.7 million recorded during the same period in 2024—representing a surge of over 2,000%.
According to the Board, this substantial growth is primarily attributed to three key factors. First, the company realized fair value gains on financial assets measured at fair value through profit or loss during the current reporting period. Second, there were notable fair value gains on investments in associates, further boosting the company's financial performance. Lastly, DL Holdings experienced significant growth in contributions from its family offices business, which played a pivotal role in driving the overall profitability during the period.
