Acquisitions Boost Constellation Software Quarterly Revenue

Constellation Software Inc. (CSU.TO) reported a rise in net earnings for the third quarter, helped by improved revenue, driven by acquisitions as the company recorded an organic revenue growth of 5%.

For the three-month period to September 30, the company posted a net income of $210 million, or $9.89 per share, higher than $164 million, or $7.74 per share, in the same period last year.

Pre-tax income stood at $239 million, less than $270 million a year ago. Revenue was $2.948 billion, up from $2.541 billion in the previous year.
