Aristocrat Leisure FY Profit Rises

Aristocrat Leisure Ltd.(ALL.AX, ARLUF) reported that its net profit after tax for the twelve months ended 30 September 2025 rose to A$1.421 billion from A$1.299 billion last year. Earnings per share were 226.5 cents compared to 203.0 cents in the prior year.

Earnings per share before amortization of acquired intangibles were 247.2 cents up from 215.9 cents in the previous year.

Total segment revenue increased to A$6.297 billion, representing an increase of 11% in reported and 7.6% in constant currency terms compared to the prior year. This growth was driven by market share gains across the portfolio and the full-year inclusion of NeoGames.

The Directors have authorized a final unfranked dividend of 49.0 cents per share for the half year ended 30 September 2025. The record and payment dates for the dividend are 26 November 2025 and 8 December 2025, respectively. Total dividends for the 2025 financial year represent 93.0 cents per share, an increase of 19% compared to the prior year.

Aristocrat expects to deliver Net profit after tax and before amortization of acquired intangibles (NPATA) growth over the full year to 30 September 2026 on a constant currency basis.
