SAF-HOLLAND Q3 Earnings Improve

SAF-Holland SE(SFQ.DE) reported improved earnings in the third quarter, despite 5.2 per cent weaker sales, compared to the same period last year.

For the three-month period, the net result attributable to the shareholders improved 49.4 percent to 13.914 million euros or 0.31 euros per share from 9.31 million euros or 0.20 euros per share in the year-ago period.

Adjusted earnings improved 18.6 per cent to 22.55 million euros, or 0.50 euros per share, from 19.01 million euros, or 0.42 euros per share, in the prior year.

Sales declined 5.2 per cent to 417.24 million euros from 439.93 million euros in the prior year.

The firm now continues to expect Group sales of between 1,700 million euros and 1,750 million euros for fiscal year 2025 as reported earlier this month.

FY25 Expectations of adjusted EBIT margin is around 9.3% and the investment ratio is up to 3.0% of Group sales remain unchanged.

In Frankfurt, shares were trading 0.96 percent higher at 14.70 euros.
