Ennis Acquires CFC Print & Mail For Undisclosed Terms

Ennis, Inc. (EBF), a producer and seller of printed business products, on Monday announced that it has acquired the assets of CFC Print & Mail, a wholesale provider of business-document printing, mailing and commercial print solutions, for undisclosed terms.

The company said the acquisition enhances its scale, distribution depth and high-volume quick-turn capabilities, strengthening its position in the business products and commercial print sector.

CFC Print & Mail founded in 2009 and based in Grand Prairie, Texas, serves a national distributor network with business-document printing and mailing services, offering rapid turnaround times supported by automation.

On Friday, Ennis closed trading 0.47% lesser at $16.90 on the New York Stock Exchange.
