SuperX AI Technology Ltd. (SUPX), a full-stack AI infrastructure solutions provider, on Monday announced the appointment of Chenhong Huang as Chairman of the Board, Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer, effective December 1.
The company said the leadership change comes as global demand for integrated, energy-efficient AI computing infrastructure continues to rise.
The appointment is expected to enhance executive management and corporate governance.
Huang brings more than 30 years of enterprise technology leadership and has been a Board Member at Yonyou since April 2025.
In the pre-market trading, SuperX AI Technology is 0.11% lesser at $44.80 on the Nasdaq.
