Kornit Digital Ltd. (KRNT), a digital printing solutions provider, Monday announced that its Chief Financial Officer Lauri Hanover has stepped down from her role due to personal reasons and will remain with the company through mid-December 2025 to ensure a smooth transition.
Assaf Zipori will be replacing her. Most recently he was the Global CFO of Nano Dimension Ltd. (NNDM) and has held senior financial leadership roles at Component Control, Amdocs, and Retalix, which was later acquired by NCR Corporation.
Additionally, the company said that it has been authorized to repurchase up to $100 million of its common stock.
This builds on the $165 million in share repurchases executed since 2023.
In pre-market activity, KRNT shares were trading at $12.91, up 1.65% on the Nasdaq.
