Hollywood Bowl Group plc (BOWL.L), a ten-pin bowling and mini-golf centre, on Thursday announced that Chief Financial Officer Laurence Keen will step down from the role and has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Canada. The company also appointed Antony Smith as Chief Financial Officer, effective from February 2026.
Laurence Keen has served as CFO for 12 years, will move into the newly created role of Chief Executive Officer of Canada, where Keen will help drive the Group's growth strategy and support the local management team.
The position is a fixed-term role through October 2026 and will report to the Group CEO.
Antony Smith has been five years as Chief Financial Officer of Ten Entertainment Group PLC and, most recently, has been CFO of River Island.
On Wednesday, Hollywood Bowl closed trading 0.37% higher at 271.50 on the London Stock Exchange.
