CTS Eventim AG & Co. KGaA (EVD.DE), a ticketing and liveentertainment provider, Thursday announced that Holger Hohrein will be resigning as the company's Chief Financial Officer at the end of the year.
Holger will be succeeded by William Willms, effective January 1, 2026.
On XETRA in Germany, shares were trading 5.89 percent lower at 75.05 euros.
William recently served as CFO at Lufthansa Technik AG, where he was into accounting and finance, risk management, legal affairs, auditing and compliance, as well as IT and digitalisation.
