CTS Eventim AG (CEVMF.PK), a German ticketing and live entertainment company, reported that its third quarter adjusted EBITDA increased by 13.8% to 137.3 million euros. Quarterly consolidated revenue increased by 3.5% year on year to 854.2 million euros.
On the back of strong third-quarter growth across both segments, the Executive Board reaffirmed the Group's 2025 forecast as outlined in the 2024 Annual Report.
In the first three quarters of 2025, the company's revenue advanced by 6.0% compared with the prior-year period to 2.148 billion euros. Adjusted EBITDA swelled by 4.7% to 337.9 million euros.
