Precious metals producer Guanajuato Silver Company Ltd. (GSVRF.PK), Monday announced the decision to acquire Bolanitos gold-silver mine in Guanajuato, Mexico from Endeavour Silver Corp. (EDR.TO) for a purchase price of upto $50 million.
The total consideration consists of upfront consideration of $40 million, which will be paid on closing, and contingent consideration of $10 million.
Also, the transaction includes acquisition of Cebada mine, which is located contiguous and to the north of the company's Valenciana Mines Complex.
The deal, set to close in January 2026, is expected to significantly boost Guanajuato Silver's resource base.
On November 21, Guanajuato's stock closed at $0.2520, up 0.40 percent on the OTC Markets.
