HCL Technologies Ltd. (532281,HCLTECH), a global technology company, Tuesday announced that it has entered into a strategic agreement with Amazon Web Services or AWS to expedite financial services industry transformation through autonomous, AI-powered solutions.
The collaboration with AWS addresses the challenging situations faced by the financial institutions by providing proven solutions dedicated for the financial services industry as well as accelerating movement to an automative process.
"This strategic collaboration combines AWS's deep financial services expertise and scalable cloud infrastructure with HCLTech's consultative approach and flexible delivery models to help our customers accelerate their digital modernization," Scott Mullins, MD of Worldwide Financial Services at AWS issued in a statement.
HCLTech will launch a pre-built, industry-compliant solutions portfolio aimed at modernizing contact centers, enhancing digital engagement and streamlining core platforms across banking, wealth, and insurance.
On the National Stock Exchange, HCLTECH.NS' shares closed on Tuesday's regular trading at 0.58% or 9.30 cents lower at INR 1,601.10.
