The South Korea stock market has moved higher in back-to-back sessions, advancing almost 115 points or 2.9 percent along the way. The KOSPI now sits just above the 3,960-point plateau and it's likely to open to the upside again on Thursday.
The global forecast for the Asian markets is positive on optimism over the outlook for interest rates. The European and U.S. markets were up and the Asian bourses figure to follow that lead.
