Impax Asset Management Earnings Fall; Stock Plummets

Impax Asset Management Group Plc (IPXAF,IPX.L), on Monday reported its profit declined in the fiscal year 2025 compared with the previous year.

For the fiscal year ended September 30, profit before tax declined 43.1 percent to 27.84 million from 48.97 million in the prior year.

Earnings per share were 15.8 pence versus 28.2 pence last year.

Adjusted profit before tax came in at 34.27 million pounds from 55.72 million pounds in the same period last year.

Adjusted earnings per share were 21.3 pence versus 32.2 pence last year.

Adjusted operating profit declined to 33.64 million pounds from 52.7 million pounds in the prior year.

Revenue decreased 16.6 percent to 141.87 million pounds from 170.11 million pounds in the previous year.

Further, the proposed final dividend of 8 pence will be submitted for approval at the Annual General Meeting scheduled for March 5, 2026. Based on the current number of shares in issue, excluding treasury shares, the total payout for the final dividend would amount to 10,001,000 pounds.

Impax Asset Management Group is currently trading 5.32% lesser at GBP 164.36 on the London Stock Exchange.
