Medicus Pharma Ltd. (MDCX), a biotech company, Monday announced that its President Carolyn Bonner, has also been appointed as its chief financial officer.
Bonner had been the acting Chief Financial Officer since September 12 in addition to her role as the President of the company. This was in wake of finance chief Jim Quinlan's medical leave, who has now resigned for health reasons.
Prior to joining Medicus, Bonner was the executive chief of PCL, Inc., a CAP-accredited specialty laboratory.
On Friday, MDCX shares closed at $2.2, up 7.31% on the Nasdaq.
