GI Partners To Buy Digita Group

GI Partners, a private equity company, said on Tuesday that it has inked a deal to acquire Digita Group, a tower company in the Nordics owned by DigitalBridge Group, Inc. (DBRG), an investor focused on digital infrastructure.

The transaction is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2026. Post transaction, Digita will continue to operate as an independent company within GI Partners' portfolio.  

Digita is an independent, diversified tower company in the Nordics, with tower portfolios across both Finland and Iceland. Digita has been owned by funds managed by an affiliate of DigitalBridge Group.
