International Business Settlement Holdings Signs IC Chip Supply Deal

International Business Settlement Holdings Limited (0147.HK) oln Friday, the company announced that it has signed a deal to sell computer chips to HK Australis Tech Limited, which is a fully owned subsidiary of Shenzhen Nanji Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd.

According to the agreement, they'll be supplying 1,610,000 integrated circuit chips, worth around USD $19.95 million, or about HK$155.64 million.

They mentioned that this agreement, which was signed on December 5, is part of their usual business activities and helps expand their computer equipment lineup as they look for ways to grow shareholder value in the IC market.

International Settlement closed Friday's trading at HK$0.227 up HK$0.007 or 3.18 percent on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
