Pennon Group Plc (PNN.L), Tuesday confirmed that Susan Davy will step down from the Board of Pennon Group and as Chief Executive Officer on December 31, 2025.
To ensure a smooth transition, the company has approved interim arrangements till Keith Haslett joins the board as the new CEO.
Also, David Sproul, Chair of Pennon Group, will assume the role of Executive Chair, effective January 1, 2026.
Currently, Pennon's stock is trading at 536.00 pence, up 0.28 percent on the London Stock Exchange.
