Titan SA (TITC.BR,TITC.AT,TTCIF), a Greek producer of cement and building materials, said on Thursday that it has inked a share purchase deal to buy Traçim Çimento Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Sirketi, a Turkish firm, for around $190 million.

Traçim Çimento is expected to contribute over $140 million in sales and $50 million in EBITDA, and add to the earnings per share of Titan in 2026. The transaction is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2026.

This investment will enable Titan to boost its existing core heavy materials business in Western Türkiye, where the Group already has an established presence through a cement grinding plant and a pozzolana quarry.

The assets in the transaction will include an integrated cement plant with an annual production capacity of around 2.5 million tons of cement.
