IM Cannabis Corp. (IMCC) announced the appointment of Asi Levi, CPA, as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately, following its earlier notice on October 29, 2025. Levi succeeds Uri Birenberg.
Levi brings more than 15 years of experience in finance and corporate control, having served as CFO of Water Ways Technologies and DekelOil CI under Dekel Agri-Vision Plc.
He also held controller roles at SciSparc Ltd. and A2Z Cust2Mate Solutions. His background includes leading fundraising initiatives, overseeing financial planning and budgeting, and managing cash flow in line with IFRS and other reporting standards.
The company expressed appreciation for Birenberg's service as CFO and extended well-wishes for his future endeavors.
IMCC closed Friday at $1.88, up 12.57%, and is trading after hours at $1.96, up 4.26% on the NasdaqCM.
