Porvair Plc (PRV.L) Monday said in its pre-close trading update for the year ended November 30 that it projects annual revenue growth to be around 1 percent. On a constant currency basis, the revenue growth is expected to be around 2 percent.
On the LSE, PVR.L is up 2.8 percent on Monday's trading at 800.00 pence.
The UK-based filtration and environmental technology company said that annual operating profit and margin are expected to be ahead of last year and adjusted earnings per share slightly ahead of market expectations. Net cash at the end of the fiscal year was around 23 million pounds, higher than 13.7 million in fiscal 2024.
Porvair said that it will announce its fiscal 2025 results on February 9, 2026.
Recently, the company said its revenue climbed 3 percent in the first half of the year to 97.7 million pounds.
