The Hain Celestial Group, Inc. (HAIN), Monday announced the appointment of Alison Lewis as President and Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.
Lewis had been serving as the company's interim CEO since May 2025.
Prior to joining Hain, Lewis served as the Chief Growth Officer of Kimberly-Clark Corporation.
Speaking about the appointment, Dawn Zier, Chair of the Board, said, "With Alison's deep CPG expertise and track record of strong performance, we believe she is best equipped to create shareholder value and lead Hain as our next CEO."
In the pre-market hours, HAIN is trading at $1.14, up 1.79 percent on the Nasdaq.
