Van Elle Holdings PLC (5MH.F), a British ground engineering contractor, said on Tuesday that its first-half results for continuing operations are in line with the Board's expectations.

For the six-month period to October 31, the Group anticipates revenue for the continuing operations to be around GBP 73 million, higher than GBP 65 million in the same period last year, driven by improved volumes within General Piling and Strata Geotechnics.

Looking ahead, for the full year, the Board projects its annual results in line with market expectations for underlying profit before tax from continuing operations of GBP 3 million.

The company expects to announce its first-half results on January 26, 2026.
