Wham!'s classic "Last Christmas" is back at No. 1 on the U.K.'s Official Singles Chart dated December 12.
The duo, comprised of Andrew Ridgeley and George Michael, dethrones Taylor Swift's "The Fate of Ophelia" to take the No. 1 spot.
"Last Christmas" was released by the English duo on December 3, 1984. It was written, performed, and recorded by Michael without Ridgeley. Michael wrote it in February 1984 about a Christmastime breakup, and recorded it that August.
"Last Christmas" initially spent five consecutive weeks at No. 2 on the U,K, singles chart.
