IONOS Group SE (IOS.DE) revised its forecast for the 2025 fiscal year. The company now expects currency-adjusted revenue growth of around 6%, compared to its earlier estimate of approximately 8%. In 2024, revenue stood at 1.248 billion euros. The adjusted EBITDA margin is projected to reach about 36.5%, up from the previous forecast of 35% and significantly higher than the 32.9% achieved in 2024. Adjusted EBITDA is anticipated to increase by roughly 17% to around 480 million euros, compared with 410.4 million euros in 2024.

Looking ahead to 2026, IONOS expects revenue growth to accelerate further. Both its Web Presence & Productivity segment and Cloud Solutions business are expected to contribute to this expansion. Overall, the company forecasts currency-adjusted revenue growth of approximately 7%, or about 8% when excluding intercompany revenues.

The company attributes this growth to strong new customer acquisition in 2025, which is expected to continue into 2026. Additionally, upselling and cross-selling opportunities across its base of more than 6.6 million existing customers are expected to drive further gains.
