Bravida Holding AB (BRAV.ST) Wednesday said that Bravida Denmark has renewed its framework agreement with Sund & Bælt for the operation and maintenance of important technical systems at the Great Belt and Øresund land facilities, which is one of Denmark's main bridge and tunnel connections.
The Swedish company, which provides technical solutions for buildings and infrastructure, said that the four-year contract, which includes an extension option, came into effect on December 1 and is valued at approximately 300 million Danish Kroner.
Under the renewed agreement, Bravida Denmark said that it will be responsible for ensuring safe and smooth traffic operations. The scope of work includes the operation and maintenance of control and monitoring systems, power supply and high-voltage installations, lighting, ventilation systems, and security solutions, the company added.
On the Stockholm Exchange, BRAV.ST is up 1.1 percent on Wednesday's trading at 87.80 Swedish Kroner.
