Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Group, Inc. (SUTNY,MIU.F,8309.T), a Japanese financial services provider, said on Tuesday that it has appointed its Chief Executive Officer, Toru Takakura, as Chairman.
Subsequently, the Group has appointed its Executive Officer, Kazuya Oyama, as Chief Executive Officer.
Sumitomo Mitsui has appointed its Chairman, Tetsuo Okubo, as Director.
All these management changes are effective from April 1, 2026.
