Swire Pacific Limited (SWRAY) on Tuesday said Guy Martin Coutts Bradley will be appointed as Chairman of its units Cathay Pacific Airways and Swire Coca-Cola Limited with effect from May 13, 2026, replacing Patrick Healy.
The company said Healy will retire as an Executive Director of Swire Pacific on the same date following his retirement from the Swire group. He will also step down as Chairman and Executive Director of Cathay Pacific Airways at the conclusion of its 2026 annual general meeting, and retire as a director and Chairman of Swire Coca-Cola Limited and a director of John Swire & Sons (H.K.) Limited.
Healy has served as an Executive Director of the company since August 2021. He joined the Swire group in 1988 and held senior roles across aviation, beverages and industrial businesses in Hong Kong, Germany and mainland China.
On Monday, Swire Pacific shares closed at $8.16, down 0.97%.
