Elementis Says Kath Kearney-Croft Assumes CFO Role From January 1

Elementis Plc (ELM.L), a specialty chemicals company, Friday said that Kath Kearney-Croft has assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer or CFO with effect from January 1. The company added that Ralph Hewins has stepped down from the CFO role, as well as from the Board.

In September 2025, the company had said that Ralph Hewins will be stepping down from the CFO post at the end of the year, after nine years at the helm. The Board had then named Kath Kearney-Croft as his successor. She became the CFO designate on November 3.

On the LSE, ELM.L is currently down 0.60 percent on Friday's trading at 165.00 pence.
